Before you start

  • Keep firmware updated: Settings → My Fire TV → About → Check for Updates.

Network & speed tips

  • Place router high and clear of obstacles; avoid microwaves/cordless phones near it.
  • Use 5 GHz SSID; prefer channels 36–48 or 149–165 to reduce interference.
  • Close background downloads/streams on other devices during live sports.
  • If your ISP applies “web security/parental filters”, disable them—they sometimes break IPTV streams.

トラブルシューティング

Buffering / lag

  • Switch to 5 GHz SSID; move closer to the router or use Ethernet adapter.
  • Close other heavy streams/downloads; reboot router & Fire Stick.
  • Lower playback resolution in app settings for congested hours.

No channels loading

  • Re-check ユーザー名/パスワード そして ポータルURL.
  • Ensure device time/date is correct; wrong time breaks auth/EPG.

EPG empty or wrong times

  • Set correct time zone; then refresh EPG in the app.
